At CNO Financial, we're looking for ambitious people who want to do more. We'll provide you with opportunities to grow your skills through challenging professional experiences. If you're looking for a culture that encourages development, helps you reach your potential, and rewards you for your contribution, then CNO Financial Group is right for you.
As we navigate our way through this pandemic, we are now conducting video interviews for all open positions. This will ensure the health and safety of both you and our associates while still providing for a positive interviewing experience. During the interview scheduling process, your CNO recruiter will ask about the equipment you have available at home, including laptop, camera, speakers and microphone, so that we can use the platform that works best for you.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
CNO Financial Group is passionate about creating an inclusive culture that encourages, supports, celebrates, and values the diverse voices of our associates and our customers.
We believe a diverse and inclusive culture is vital to our ability to attract diverse talent and is a critical business imperative for the long-term sustainable growth of our organization.
Education and Dialogue
We offer our associates the opportunity to learn from and appreciate each other’s diverse perspectives and experiences through formal and informal diversity education programs that foster a diversity of experience, opinion and expression.
CNO’s commitment to diversity is supported at the highest levels of the company. In 2018, Chief Executive Officer Gary C. Bhojwani signed the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ pledge, joining more than 1,000 CEOs worldwide in committing to advancing diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
In 2020, CEO Gary C. Bhojwani was named to the Governing Committee of CEO Action for Racial Equity, a fellowship that provides the opportunity for CEO Action signatories to advance societal racial equity through public policy. With nearly 250 employees from 100+ organizations - including CNO, coming together to advance this goal, it is the biggest fellowship of its kind. The Fellows will focus their efforts on four key areas of societal well-being: education, healthcare, public safety and economic empowerment. It is overseen and governed by the CEO Action for Racial Equity Governing Committee, a group of 20 CEOs representing multiple industries and regions.
Associate Business Resource Groups
We sponsor associate business resource groups to promote inclusion and engagement and build a strong, inclusive community and provide a safe space for discussions, idea sharing, and personal and professional development.
The following highlights some of the accolades we've recently received for our corporate initiatives and charitable endeavors. These awards would not be possible without the support of our associates, customers and communities where we live, work and serve.
