Are you a strategic leader with a passion for innovative video advertising? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment? We're seeking a Supervisor, Video Investment to shape the future of our clients' video strategies in the dynamic Pharma and Healthcare space.
You'll craft and execute cutting-edge media strategies across linear, broadcast, streaming, and digital platforms, including Advanced TV, OTT/CTV, and digital video. Leading a team through the complexities of programmatic and dashboard operations, you'll leverage your expertise and analytical skills to drive performance and maximize ROI.
Collaborate with industry leaders like Disney, Hulu, Amazon, Roku, and TV OEMs, leveraging your negotiation skills to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. Stay ahead of trends, embrace emerging technologies, and ensure our clients remain at the forefront of this exciting industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive video media strategies that span across all video platforms, including OTT/CTV, digital video, Advanced TV, and Programmatic.
  • Provide recommendations that are data-driven and designed to deliver on client KPIs.
  • Work closely with Video Leads, Engagement Strategy, Analytics, and other internal teams to build robust strategies and optimize media investments.
  •  Lead the execution of media plans, ensuring accuracy in targeting, budget management, and campaign delivery.
  • Oversee programmatic and Direct IO video campaigns, ensuring they meet or exceed delivery and performance goals.
  • Provide ongoing stewardship and optimization across multiple accounts and brands.
  • Build and share expertise in leading Programmatic ad platforms like The Trade Desk and PulsePoint and ensure that all video campaigns are executed with precision.
  • Contribute to thought leadership efforts by authoring and reviewing video-related POVs, case studies, and insights.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and share recommendations to drive innovation.
  • Lead negotiations across video media channels, securing favorable terms to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance and own client reporting in collaboration with the analytics team.
  • Use critical thinking skills to analyze data, identify patterns, and propose effective solutions to challenges.
  
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with a strong foundation in quantitative or analytical disciplines preferred.
  • 4-5 years’ relevant experience in digital media, with a focus on video and programmatic media buying.
  • Expertise in video publisher, platform, and audience supplier ecosystems.
  • Proficient in media system, particularly with The Trade Desk, Google DV 360, and other DSPs. Certification in these platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with key partners like Disney, Hulu, Amazon, Roku, and TV OEMs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an engaging manner.
  • Proficient in data-driven decision making to optimize media investments
  • Skilled in analyzing data, identifying patterns, and driving actionable decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to new technologies and consumer behavior.
  • Familiarity with Pharma regulations and a vested interest in the Pharma and Healthcare marketplace is a plus.
