- Lead and Inspire: Mentor, coach, and develop a team of talented data scientists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Strategic Visionary: Partner with senior leadership to define and execute the strategic vision for data science, identifying emerging trends and opportunities to expand our analytical capabilities.
- Analytical Expert: Oversee the development and implementation of advanced analytical models, leveraging cutting-edge techniques to deliver actionable insights to internal and external clients.
- Client Champion: Collaborate with client teams to understand their business objectives and develop data-driven strategies that maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Innovation Catalyst: Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, ensuring CMI Media Group remains at the forefront of data science innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaborator: Partner with teams across the organization to streamline data collection, ensure data quality, and integrate data-driven insights into all aspects of our business.
- Business Development Leader: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging data science to create innovative solutions for our clients.
- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD preferred) in an analytical field such as statistics, data science, operations research, or management sciences.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing modeling, with a strong emphasis on DTC marketing and media mix modeling.
- Proven experience leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques, including ANCOVA, ANOVA, and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, SAS, and SQL.
- Expertise in working with pharmaceutical data sources (IQVIA, Symphony, PurpleLab, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
- Passion for innovation and a commitment to staying at the forefront of data science advancements.
