Analyst, Marketing Automation
Description
- Be the Architect: Configure and launch automated, omnichannel campaigns using CMI Media Group's proprietary marketing orchestration platform.
- Nail the Details: Develop and maintain detailed Business Rules Documents (BRDs) that outline campaign design, data sources, and program logic.
- Master the Data Flow: Demonstrate a strong understanding of data integrations and apply next-best-action business rules to create seamless customer experiences.
- Collaborate & Conquer: Partner with internal teams, clients, and creative agencies to gather requirements, manage assets, and ensure campaign alignment.
- Analyze & Optimize: QA live programs, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- 1-2 years of experience working with marketing automation, marketing data management, CRM, or similar MarTech platforms.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. You thrive in a team environment and can effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for precision in documentation and data management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to keep multiple campaigns running smoothly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in pharma marketing or at a media agency.
- Experience with DOMO or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Expertise with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or Hubspot.
