CMG Financial is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist for our AIO (All In One Loan®) Finance department. This team member will perform quality assurance (QA) audit functions, including client calls to confirm understanding and accuracy of loan set-up, and communicate with sales teams internally. This role is unique within the organization, as well as the lending industry, and is critical to increasing client and Company success with the product.

 

The All In One Loan® is a proprietary mortgage product engineered by CMG Financial in 2005 that combines home financing and personal banking into a single financial platform, to help homeowners reduce lifetime interest expense by tens of thousands of dollars, accelerate payoff and live more securely.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to: 

 

Prior to Closing QA Process:

 

  • Prior-to-QA call file review for input and set-up accuracy
  • Engages sales and operations team members with required corrections
  • Client call to ensure program set-up accuracy and understanding of expectations
  • Update systems accordingly and communicate with Loan Teams and clients

 

Post Closing Servicing Onboarding Tracking, Communication and Reporting:

 

  • Send “Congratulations and What to Expect” communications from Byte/IDS on each closed loan.
  • Update systems with loan servicing onboarding information
  • Communicate with department members and escalate servicing issues as needed

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Preferred location in Central Time Zone (but not required)
  • A minimum of two year’s mortgage experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • MS Office skills including WORD, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Versatility and flexibility within an ever-changing environment
  • Strong initiative and ability to work on own
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks and collaborate with team
  • Ability to manage occasional client and Loan Officer impatience
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player

 

 

 

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: Remote home office location, standard company equipment, including work at a computer terminal. Internal meetings require on-camera participation (Company Policy). Must be open to work overtime to complete assigned tasks. Flexibility to work overtime to meet daily task requirements.

CMG pays a competitive salary which ranges from $50,000 - $60,000. Factors that affect base salary may include: Administrative/clerical experience, mortgage experience, experience working with the AIO Loan product, excellent communication skills, knowledge of mortgage industry, computer skills, customer service experience, and education.
