Disclosure Coordinator (West Coast)
Description
CMG Home Loans is hiring a Disclosure Coordinator for the Pacific Time Zone to support the West Coast or Hawaii to work with our operations teams supporting Branches in multiple locations. They will be responsible for disclosing/re-disclosing state and regulatory disclosures in instances of changed circumstances. Follow written procedures to identify and accurately disclose/re-disclose any and all required disclosures within a compliant timeframe.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review incoming loan file disclosures for compliance and accuracy.
- Identify and validate change of circumstances within allowable timeframe.
- Disclose and re-disclose loans in accordance with state and regulatory rules.
- Work directly with loan originator to obtain updated documentation/fees as applicable per change of circumstance.
- Data enters all required information and generates accurate disclosures within mandatory time frames; maintains company-defined quality and quantity standards.
- Ensures all work is performed within company-defined standards and guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous mortgage experience required.
- Prefer 2-3 years' experience with state and regulatory disclosures.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of product; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality required.

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.
COMPENSATION:
Hourly rate of $20.00 to $25.00 an hour depending on skills and experience. Overall knowledge of mortgage, number of years worked in mortgage industry, computer skills, customer service experience specific to working with mortgage lenders, and education.
