Mortgage Post Closing Shipper       

CMG Financial is hiring for a Mortgage Post Closing Shipper who prepares loan files for delivery to investors. Incumbent must maintain quality standards and ship files within investor guidelines. Knowledge of basic mortgage documents required. Experience reviewing Bond, NON-QM and Jumbo specific loan documents strongly preferred.        

Job location: Onsite in DFW market (Irving or Frisco Locations) or San Ramon, CA   

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:      

• Ensures that each loan is prepared and shipped to the correct investor.
• Reviews the files for confirmation of lock status and confirms a valid expiration date.
• Confirms that all documentation and specific process flow has been completed for each loan.
• Reviews each loan for proper documentation and sign off from our audit department. Final audit review summary must be included.
• Notes every loan that has been prepared within Byte
• Ships loans to correct investor via appropriate delivery service or electronic service.
• Ad hoc reporting when required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:      

• Must be able to work onsite in Irving or Frisco, TX or San Ramon, CA  
• Knowledge of basic mortgage documents required.
• Experience reviewing Bond, NON-QM and Jumbo specific loan documents strongly preferred. 
• Ability to communicate and work under extreme pressure
• Multi-tasking and organization is a must.
• Experience working in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must be able to perform and stay productive in a fast fluid environment.
• Must be resourceful.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required.

Physical And Environmental Conditions      

Standard office or remote working environment, equipment and tasks, including work at a computer terminal. This position requires partial sitting and walking throughout the day.      

CMG pays a competitive base which ranges from $20/hour to $23/hour. Factors that affect base salary may include: Number of years worked in the mortgage industry, types of roles performed, computer skills and education.
