The Brokered Production Assistant/Loan Officer Assistant is the Experience Manager for all clients. They facilitate both a successful closing, and drive repeat business and referrals based on their customer service and follow through.

As a Brokered Production Assistant / Loan Officer Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in creating a smooth, positive experience for our clients while supporting a high-performing Loan Officer throughout the loan process.
You’ll be the go-to person for clients, helping guide them from application through closing, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you’re detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Request disclosures
- Open escrow, collect fees and order preliminary title report
- Collect and review client documentation
- Review income analysis from the Loan Officer
- Submit loans to the broker portal or via email to the broker
- Gather loan agent PTD and PTF conditions
- Main point of contact in tandem with loan officer for client, facilitate excellent customer experience through prompt response time via email and phone
- Driver of loan process, ensuring borrower, broker, 3rd parties, processing, underwriting, and closing are pushed for on time closings and deadline
- Mastering of all brokered products
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2+ year experience with brokered mortgage experience preferred
- Familiarity with mortgage terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment
- High level of integrity and confidentiality required
- The ability to multitask and be extremely organized
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct Reports: NA
PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.
Base Compensation Information – This role is currently allocated for candidates within geographic regions that do not currently require base wage disclosure. The compensation range for this position will be provided upon request. This is an hourly position plus a potential bonus (Due to their geographic location, residents of the states of CA & CO, and for NY are excluded from this role currently.)
