Marketing Operations Coordinator (Hybrid - Baltimore, MD)
Description
The Marketing Operations Coordinator will work a hybrid schedule from our Baltimore, MD office. They will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and providing support as needed for many pivotal Marketing projects and communications. This candidate will work with our Marketing Operations Team and offer on-going support towards initiatives for Marketing, Events, and Sales Channels as directed by the Marketing Manager. Candidate should have strong organizational skills, be able to meet deadlines, and have an in-depth understanding of Marketing Platforms such as social media, project management, & CRM.
We are hiring for an employee to work a Hybrid Schedule at our Baltimore, MD office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Partner with project management and ops team in the development and delivery of marketing efforts.
- Assist Marketing Manager in day-to-day marketing operations as needed for the agency and company.
- Help manage and approve marketing invoices.
- Help manage and approve company business card orders and facilitate execution and delivery of custom requests.
- Spearhead department delegation efforts by helping to manage all communication to and from the marketing-dedicated inbox and act as a liaison between creative, sales, ops, and other departments.
- Help coordinate execution of marketing plans to achieve marketing ops objectives.
- Assist with yearly publication nomination submissions.
- Assist the Project Management team with project follow-up and assistance as needed, ensuring project control and communication of developments.
- Other projects & assignments as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Business, etc. equivalent degree or experience.
- Must be able to work onsite at our Baltimore, MD office several days a week.
- 1-3 years Marketing &/or similar experience.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects/deadlines at once.
- Experience with project management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of product; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Highly personable and team oriented.
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work with both external partners and internal stakeholders
- High level of integrity.
NOT REQUIRED BUT NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in mortgage or financial services industry.
- Experience with billing and invoicing.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.
CMG pays a competitive base which ranges from $50,000 - $55,000. Factors that affect base salary may include: Marketing experience, education, computer skills and location.
