POSITION OVERVIEW: 

This position will be responsible for the development and delivery of training on various marketing platforms. As a Marketing Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing education for existing employees. You will focus on equipping our sales teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively leverage marketing platforms and tools to drive business growth.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

 

                      Develop and deliver training for new hires on marketing applications and best practices.

                      Track and monitor new hires and training completion. 

                      Provide one-on-one training sessions for new hires, ensuring thorough understanding and tracking progress until training completion.

                      Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and eLearning modules.

                      Conduct interactive training sessions to ensure understanding and engagement.

                      Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales teams on marketing platforms and best practices.

                      Collaborate with the leadership team to develop tailored training content based on evolving business needs.

                      Manage general question inbox.

                      Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, adjusting as needed to improve outcomes.

                      Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in marketing technology to enhance training offerings.

                      Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for marketing-related inquiries and initiatives.

                      Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

                      Assist leadership team with special projects.

                      Upload databases into CRM as needed.

                      Host weekly educational webinars.

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

                      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

                      2 or more years’ experience developing and delivering training.

                      Experience in customer service.

                      Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)

                      Strong problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.

                      Strong initiative and ability to work on own.

 

 

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

Standard office environment, equipment and tasks, including work at a computer terminal.  This position requires partial sitting and walking throughout the day.  Employee must be open to work overtime to complete assigned tasks.

 

 CMG pays a competitive base which ranges from $24.00 - $30.00 per hour. Factors that affect base salary may include: Marketing experience,  overall knowledge of mortgage industry, number of years worked in mortgage industry, computer skills, customer service experience specific to working with mortgage lenders, and education.
