The Senior Product Manager at Liquid Web brings clarity to complexity. This role transforms ambiguous ideas into clear, actionable strategies by aligning product roadmaps with key business objectives and emerging software trends. Through thoughtful innovation and best-in-class product strategy, you’ll help deliver meaningful solutions used by millions of customers to build, operate, and grow their businesses every day.

 

Permanent, Full-Time, Exempt position
Pay Range: $80,000 - $120,000 USD Annually

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to customer needs, market trends, and business objectives
  • Develop business cases for new products, features, and enhancements, including market opportunity and ROI analysis
  • Maintain deep expertise in the competitive landscape and emerging market trends
  • Engage regularly with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, validate ideas, and identify unmet needs
  • Evaluate and analyze potential partner and vendor relationships, including negotiation of agreements where appropriate
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
  • Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Operations, including beta and pilot programs
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Marketing and Sales
  • Define core product positioning, messaging, and packaging to support successful launches and adoption
  • Monitor and manage key product metrics, including revenue, profitability, adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction, and use insights to inform product lifecycle decisions
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in a Product Management role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven ability to define and execute product and business strategies
  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling customer-centric products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority
  • Technical background with experience in web hosting, SaaS, or software-driven products
  • Experience with pricing, packaging, and positioning methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience working in Agile development environments, ideally as a Product Owner
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong initiative and attention to detail
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the software or web hosting industry
  • Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms
