The Position
Cleo’s sales team is looking for a Sales Development Representative to support our organization's continued growth! The SDR is a part of Cleo’s first-class Sales Development Program and will become a product knowledge expert while focusing on building pipelines, identifying key decision makers and assisting an assigned team of Account Managers and Account Executives to increase sales at Cleo. Our goal is to help you develop your career in sales through hands on training, development and advancement.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Generate new, quality leads that turn into real business opportunities
  • Opening new accounts using effective sales practices over the phone and online
  • Educating and advising candidates/clients to build strong and trustworthy relationships with customers
  • Executing a successful sales process as leads progress beyond the appointment,
  • Obtain feedback from clients and adjust messaging to improve downstream execution
