Description

OBJECTIVE

Lead and manage the operational elements of all Payments units to maximize profitability, efficiency and effectiveness while emphasizing an exceptional member and employee experience.    Provide supervisory support, mentorship and coaching for team members and management.  Support Clearview’s strategic goals and collaborate with the senior management team to reach them.  Model Clearview’s cultural, community engagement and communications expectations. 

WORKING HOURS:

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or related field required, MBA Preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years discipline specific experience required with 3 years of advanced management experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of people management experience required,
  • Proven ability to collaborate with other departments on projects and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to community with members, team members, other credit union departments and Clearview’s management team
  • Models effective use of AI tools to enhance decisions, streamline processes, and drive innovation; guide adoption within the team while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance, and best practices 
  • Advanced knowledge of all applicable regulations, processes, and requirements of the business unit

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Leadership and Employee Development– 50%
    • Senior Manager of a mission critical business unit, accountable for department production targets
    • Coach, mentor, train and evaluate other management employees towards attainment of goals
    • Ensure the department meets corporate goals as set forth by management and Board of Directors, utilizing creative, innovative and visionary concepts towards attainment of Critical Measures
  • Process Improvement and Efficiency Enhancements – 25%
    • Initiate and execute payments projects, including the development of charters and scopes 
    • Partner with leadership to deploy the operational aspects of the strategic payments roadmap
    • Collaborate to drive process automation, improvement, and system efficiencies
  • Daily Operations Oversight– 20%
    • Ensure that all payments divisions are operating effectively, adhering to compliance standards, following necessary timelines and communicating appropriately throughout the organization
    • Prepare annual budget(s) and monitor variances throughout the year
    • Represent Clearview at community and volunteer events
  • Other duties as assigned – 5%
