Description
OBJECTIVE
Maintain all aspects of Clearview’s core platform processing including, but limited to daily operations, core-integrated solutions, operations monitoring & troubleshooting, process automation, systems backup and recovery, and business continuity. Provide related internal and on-call support.

LOCATION
This is a hybrid role with on-site work based at Clearview’s headquarters in Moon Township, PA (15108), USA. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of Moon Township, PA. This position is expected to work on-site as needed.

WORKING HOURS
Typically Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm, with rotating on-call hours

RATE OF PAY:
$19-21 per hour, depending on experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s Degree, Technical Trade School graduate, or equivalent technical IT-related work experience required
- Previous experience in a financial institution in an IT environment is a definite plus
- Ability to work nights and weekends based on operational needs
- Must be available for rotating on-call duty
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented, dependable, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand all aspects of financial institution daily processing
- Monitor 24x7x365 automated processing environment to ensure successful daily completion of assigned tasks and/or resolution of issues
- Maintain near real-time data redundancy, business continuity and disaster recovery of all core environment components
- Analyze, document and implement automation to maximize efficiencies
- Provide related support to internal users as necessary
- Liaise with external business partners for issue resolution as needed and monitor through successful and timely completion
- Effectively communicate with all levels of credit union staff and management
- Provide weekend, holiday and after-hours 24x7 On-Call support on a rotating basis
- Advance skill set with ongoing training as dictated by needs of the organization
- Collaborate with internal users to test and implement new service packs or other upgrades
- Participate in project related meetings
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to all aspects of core processing environment
- Attend vendor conferences to maintain education on new products and software solutions
