About the Job

ClearView is looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to work in the healthcare industry to join our market research team, Expert Research Solutions, as a Primary Research Coordinator. Due to the continued success of the organization and the resulting increase in project work, we are looking to add another Primary Research Coordinator to increase our internal sourcing capabilities. Prior experience in the biological sciences or healthcare industry is required as ClearView relies on us for our expertise in the primary market research space. The Primary Research Coordinator will be responsible for leveraging our network of expert physician and payer advisors to support our consulting work through scheduling 60-minute phone interviews on behalf of the project team and compensating them for their time. Your role will focus on sourcing key opinion leaders and other relevant healthcare experts in the field for project work and maintaining our expert network. This position requires the ability to work with a project team, be adaptable to quickly changing demands, manage multiple projects, and have an eye for process improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

 Collaborate on project teams with ClearView consulting staff to identify the most relevant experts across geographies, industries, and topics and screen them for their expertise to successfully meet project needs

Manage daily operations on multiple projects including arranging and scheduling phone consultations with advisors to speak with the consulting staff from the expert network and tailoring these interactions to specific project requirements.

Communicate directly with physicians and other experts to schedule for project work, tracking and responding to written requests

Utilize phone, email, LinkedIn, and other methods to recruit new experts to join our database

Negotiate and process compensation for advisor consultations

Meticulously update our internal CRM records following each project to track advisor activity and quality control

Expand the expert network as needed to support new firm capabilities

Assist with accounting and processing of invoices from external vendors

Learn State, National, and International Market Research laws to assist with maintaining ClearView’s compliance policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree is required

A degree in a life sciences field or minimum of 1-2 years' work experience in a healthcare-related field or life sciences firm, or in a market research, sales, telemarketing, or investigative position, ideally focused on the pharmaceutical industry is preferred

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and willingness to make cold calls and speak with individuals at all professional levels

Detail-oriented, with experience balancing multiple tasks and deadlines

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively on project teams and with other members of the ERS team to deliver high-quality work.

Ability to perform online research and creatively utilizing other resources for research

Willingness to support several projects at one time and the ability to deliver high-quality work on schedule

Adheres to office professionalism and able to speak appropriately to individuals of all tenures

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.

Must have permanent work authorization in the United States

The ideal candidate will be organized, research-oriented, creatively resourceful, and team-oriented. The individual will be interested in learning new skills and developing greater insight into the healthcare industry. The ability to multi-task under time constraints, attention to detail, and personal integrity are a must. Outstanding interpersonal skills and phone skills are required. This position offers opportunities for advancement.

The first year base salary for this position is $70,000.  In addition, to the base salary, you will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
