Rockwell is a global technology leader focused on helping the world’s manufacturers be more productive, sustainable, and agile. With more than 28,000 employees who make the world better every day, we know we have something special. Behind our customers – amazing companies that help feed the world, provide life-saving medicine on a global scale, and focus on clean water and green mobility – our people are energized problem solvers that take pride in how the work we do changes the world for the better.

You will receive support from the rest of the OTTO Motors production, engineering, and operations teams to ensure that your work is streamlined. You will also provide feedback to the team regarding cost and complexity as necessary.
- Support and repair existing customer deployments (requires traveling to customer location)
- Audit systems to verify optimal functionality (hardware preventative maintenance, network audits, user interactions, etc.)
- Deliver training to partners, customers and end-users.
- Execute and track recalls on deployed hardware at customer site.
- Provide clear and concise feedback to internal teams to continually improve our products and focus our offerings.
- Review customer workflow, software and database systems
