About the Job
OTTO by Rockwell Automation is seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Revenue Operations team. The Sales Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and operations functions by assisting with quoting, deal desk, CRM, data management, reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technical, and excited about growing their career in Revenue Operations.
This role will report to the Director, Business Operating System.
Duties and Responsibilities
      Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Finance to manage price books and quoting tools. 
      Oversee the Deal Desk to ensure swift and accurate order approvals. 
      Support the Business Systems team with CRM administration and improvement projects. 
      Lead CRM data acquisition, cleansing, and enrichment, ensuring data quality standards are met. 
      Review and assign new sales opportunities to Account Executives. 
      Monitor and analyze marketing and sales data to generate performance insights and identify areas for improvement. 
      Manage process improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency of Go-To-Market operations. 
      Ensure Business Processes, SOP’s, and Work Instructions are well-documented. 
      Stay informed on sales and Rev Ops trends, software, and best practices. 
      Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed. 
Requirements
      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
      Proven experience in operations, sales, or business development, or a related role within a technology company.
      Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools and technologies.
      Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
      Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive insights and decision-making.
      Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
      Experience in the hardware or technology industry is a plus.
