We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic DevOps & Site Reliability Software Developer to join our full-stack AI integration software development team. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver at heart, with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies. You will work in a collaborative environment, focusing on improving our infrastructure, automating processes, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our AI-driven applications. Responsibilities:
  • Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve code deployment processes and application performance.
  • Help monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance reliability
  • Participate in rotations to support our production environments.
  • Contribute to the development of infrastructure-as-code and automation scripts.
  • Assist in capacity planning and performance optimization of our AI-driven applications.
  • Collaborate on documentation of processes, runbooks, and best practices.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Skills Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Basic knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript).
  • Understanding of fundamental DevOps concepts and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, or Chef)
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
  • Basic understanding of database systems and SQL
  • Knowledge of security best practices in software development and infrastructure
  • Experience with or interest in machine learning and AI technologies
  • Contributions to open-source projects or personal coding projects demonstrating initiative and passion for technology
