Position Overview:     
     
The Senior Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for picking and packing orders using an    electric pallet jack or using order fulfillment systems. Able to perform a variety of case picking tasks on a dedicated basis. Maintains a strong track record for meeting productivity targets. No forklift          experience is required.      
 
Pay range $16.00 to $19.00 ph 
2nd Shift - 2:30 PM - 11:00PM 
Position Responsibilities:
  • Proficient in all Warehouse Associate job responsibilities  
  • Able to case pick on a full-time basis  
  • Primary responsibility is manual order fulfillment which may include case picking or parcel processing  
  • May require intensive lifting on a regular basis  
  • May coordinate value added services (VAS) activities  
  • Minimal supervision required; able to work independently  
  • Perform other duties as assigned 
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Satisfies all Warehouse Associate job qualifications 
  • At least six months of related work experience 
  • Ability to push and pull a fully loaded electric and hand operated pallet jack or cart at least 50 pounds 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently 
  • Ability to operate and execute daily tasks with minimal supervision
Skills required for Certification:
  • Guided Training up to16 hours 
  • Electric Pallet Jack Operation and Safety (Licensing Process) 
  • Consolidating & Wrapping Pallets 
  • Label Printing & Applications 
  • Applicable Warehouse Management Systems 
  • How to Audit and Correct Outbound Labels
