Electric Pallet Jack Operator (EPJ) - 2
Description
Position Overview:
The Senior Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for picking and packing orders using an electric pallet jack or using order fulfillment systems. Able to perform a variety of case picking tasks on a dedicated basis. Maintains a strong track record for meeting productivity targets. No forklift experience is required.
Pay range $16.00 to $19.00 ph
2nd Shift - 2:30 PM - 11:00PM
Position Responsibilities:
- Proficient in all Warehouse Associate job responsibilities
- Able to case pick on a full-time basis
- Primary responsibility is manual order fulfillment which may include case picking or parcel processing
- May require intensive lifting on a regular basis
- May coordinate value added services (VAS) activities
- Minimal supervision required; able to work independently
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- Satisfies all Warehouse Associate job qualifications
- At least six months of related work experience
- Ability to push and pull a fully loaded electric and hand operated pallet jack or cart at least 50 pounds
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to operate and execute daily tasks with minimal supervision
Skills required for Certification:
- Guided Training up to16 hours
- Electric Pallet Jack Operation and Safety (Licensing Process)
- Consolidating & Wrapping Pallets
- Label Printing & Applications
- Applicable Warehouse Management Systems
- How to Audit and Correct Outbound Labels
