The Project Manager, BPI (Warehouse Expansions) will serve as the project lead for company-wide business integration and warehouse expansion projects. The Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget, defining operational best practices, documenting customer requirements and operational scope, as well as assisting the onboarding process for new Operations/Supply Chain Leaders by training in specific processes as part of startup responsibilities.

- Salary Range: $101,000 to $115,000 per year

What You'll Do:
Identify, assign, and coordinate with corporate resources responsible for executing functional activities in order to ensure projects are completed within budget, on time and accomplish the project goals.
Lead project meetings and administer notes, plans, and action items.
Support Operations Teams during critical project phases
Define and document best practices from customer requirements
Translate the business requirements into functional tasks for the project team.
Administer operational metrics and KPIs (Pulse points) for startups
Support Operations Teams during critical project phases.
Lead the project with confidence and integrity.

What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, operations, project management, or other relevant degree
Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, Project Management, or implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Demonstrated Project management skills and proven leadership ability required.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills required.
Strong leadership skills with the knowledge of all facets of warehouse operations
Customer-focused with strong customer interaction capabilities
Strong planning, organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy, RF, and warehouse management systems (WMS) experience required, experience in a food-grade or healthcare warehouse environment a plus.
Must be self-directed, capable of identifying, prioritizing, and executing work tasks.
Proven experience managing risks and issues within a project.
Travel up to 50%, with higher frequency during project go-live and other key support phases.
