Position Overview: 
The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts to ensure order fulfillment. Additional responsibilities include loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating products using a forklift. 
Position Responsibilities 

▪ Proficient in all Senior Warehouse Associate job responsibilities 

▪ Primary responsibility is to safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklift for order fulfillment  ▪ Manually case pick for order fulfillment as needed 

▪ Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate products 

▪ Prepare product for shipping 

▪ Conduct audits on outbound loads and correct mislabeled items and shortages  ▪ Ensure replenishment of products in appropriate bays 

▪ Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements 

▪ Satisfies all Senior Warehouse Associate job qualifications 

▪ Forklift certified 

▪ At least six months of related work experience

Skills Required for Certification

Job Specific 

▪ Guided Training - up to 40 hours 

▪ Forklift Operation Training 

▪ Forklift Certification 

▪ Functional Process Training 

▪ Battery and Propane Safety Training 

▪ Battery or Propane Certification 

▪ All Training Required for Warehouse Associate and Senior Warehouse Associate  General 

▪ Current CJ Safety & Compliance Training
