Position Overview

As a Technical Support Analyst with CJ Logistics America, you will be working with the Enterprise Endpoint Solutions team to help support multiple platforms including desktops, laptops, and an array of mobile devices as well as printers while collaborating with the Service Desk and Systems Engineering  team ensuring secure network connectivity for all locations. You will be providing Tier II front-line support for End Users via phone and email while updating tickets on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware software, and connectivity issues. You may assist the Service Desk team on aspects of IT onboarding and offboarding for End Users ensuring that they receive the proper PC / Laptop while ensuring that hardware is reclaimed during the offboarding process.



  • Provide Endpoint Solutions support by managing support tickets in Servicenow. Working with End Users both remotely and on site for all CJLA  locations
  • Provide professional, courteous technical support to all customers
  • System Integration experience and familiarity and proficiency with entitlement tools such as Active Directory, SSO and Okta 
  • Troubleshooting hardware and peripherals (PCs, printers, scanners, handheld RF devices etc.)
  • Supporting users with software issues (Google Suite, some MS Office, Adobe and others.) 
  • Assist in solving WiFi network connectivity issues at all CJ Logistics locations across the Country
  • Configure and deploy new hardware, such as computers, printers, phone equipment, and mobile RF devices
  • Assist in monitoring and managing PC and RF system updates.
  • Assist the Endpoint Solutions Group team with various upgrade and implementation projects
  • Document new software and procedures 
  • Assist with telephony implementations and Zoom TV digital signage across all locations



  • Willingness to learn new technologies 
  • Hands-on experience providing End-User support for Windows OS 10, 11 
  • Support of Google Suite. Linux and Windows Server knowledge is a plus.
  • Active Directory support (user accounts, creating groups, group policy)
  • Printer / peripheral device troubleshooting
  • Monitor IT assets using Manage Engine and LAN Sweeper
  • Familiar with Active Directory and networking support (TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP)
  • Wireless troubleshooting (Wireless access points a plus!)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule when necessary, and intelligently prioritize tasks and projects.
  • Remote support for laptops, tablets and smartphones - iOS and Android, 
  • Knowledge of ITIL is a plus
  • Ability to work from the Des Plaines IL location.
  • Experience in Android and Apple mobile devices a plus
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with end user support
  • 3 - 5 years of experience using an IT Service Management system, preferably ServiceNow
  • Experience using remote desktop (RDP)
