    Are you ready to lead, optimize, and elevate our inventory control and operations? As an Inventory Manager, you’ll drive continuous improvement and ensure top-tier quality across our distribution centers. Lead a dynamic team, collaborate with operations, and make a huge impact on process efficiency and cost reduction!
    • Pay Range: $96,000 - $100,000
    • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Ability to flex hours to cover 24/7 facility.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Plan & Optimize: 
      • Partner with the General Manager to create and roll out exciting operational plans, including production, staffing, schedules, and MHE allocations.
      • Dive into data and forecasts to identify opportunities for process improvements and make sure the team is hitting all the best practices across the network. 
    • Manage Inventory Control & Quality:
      • Oversee inventory control processes and quality management practices to ensure consistency and compliance.
      • Lead the charge on food safety, sanitation, and regulatory programs.
      • Lead the execution of audits, inspections, and compliance to customer-specific requirements.
    • Lead & Develop Teams: 
      • Manage a team of supervisors, analysts, and clerks to ensure optimal performance and alignment with customer goals.
      • Host regular team huddles to celebrate wins, track progress, and keep everyone accountable.
      • Develop your team by providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
    • Track & Analyze Metrics:
      • Manage labor costs and productivity data to make adjustments and achieve operational goals.
      • Implement visual management tools to monitor and communicate performance metrics.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years of operations management experience with a focus on inventory control.
    • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and leadership abilities.
    • Warehouse operations knowledge, with experience in distribution and manufacturing.
    • Ability to travel as needed.
    • Familiarity with WMS systems (Red Prairie is a plus).
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
