CJ Logistics America is seeking a Supply Chain Solutions Analyst to join our engineering and solutions team. In this role, you will lead data mining and analytics to uncover key operational and customer opportunities aimed at improving margins, reducing costs, and delivering creative, dynamic logistics solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally to collect, analyze, and present high-impact projects to internal and external stakeholders.

Salary: Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. We anticipate this role to pay a salary of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, but actual base pay will depend on the successful candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule; typically your schedule will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
What You'll Do:
You will compile supply chain data, build operational tools, and evaluate metrics to drive network optimizations.
Data Analysis & Mining: Compile and analyze customer supply chain data using static/dynamic tools, mapping software, spreadsheets, and databases.
Best Practice Application: Research "Best in Class" supply chain practices and apply them to develop innovative operational tools and customer solutions.
Metric Development: Develop and evaluate key performance metrics to ensure optimal cost, service, and network performance in partnership with internal and external customers.
Project Management: Coordinate and implement warehouse, transportation, and supply chain consulting projects from concept through execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Engineering, Finance, Business Process Integration, and Operations teams.
Client Presentations: Communicate and present tailored supply chain solutions and performance improvements to internal leaders and clients.
Network Modeling: Support supply chain and transportation modeling projects utilizing specialized tools like LogicTools and i2.
What You Bring to the Table:
Education: Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field).
Experience: 1+ years of job-relevant experience or related logistics internships.
Project Management: Practical experience in managing, executing, and implementing project workflows.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, alongside solid skills in Microsoft Access and PowerPoint. Experience with Tableau and OptiLogic is a plus.
Analytical Mindset: Detail-oriented thinker with proven creative problem-solving skills and the ability to gather and analyze information skillfully.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with comfort presenting technical analysis.
