Return Repairable Specialist
Description
The Return Repairable Specialist receives the day to day returned/repairable parts from the mechanics. Activities to include; Receiving returned part into core stock, maintain inventory control, maintain block stock, create and maintain block stock log. Pick up and process PO's and repair orders, process work orders, and record or create serial numbers.
1st Shift - Mon- Fri; 7:30a-3:30p
Position Responsibilities
- Retrieval and packaging of repair to vendor
- Perform all counter movement (issuing, pulling, record keeping)
- Perform all receiving movements
- Perform part put away
- Unload trucks
- Perform bin maintenance and stock relocation
- Assist in cycle counts
- Maintain physical and system management of parts
- Resolve and discrepancies with inventory and serial numbers
- Provide strong level of customer service
- Work closely with internal ATE Repair Shop
- Retrieval and packaging of blockstock to vendor
- Maintain repair logs
- Work closely with shift management and leads to accomplish shift goals
- Participate in all training programs provided
- Perform all duties in a safe and timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent required
- PC experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Previous SAP and/or warehouse management systems (WMS experience preferred
- Basic math and reading skills necessary
- Detailed oriented with the ability to perform multiple task in fast moving environment
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with internal and external customers
- Drivers license
