As the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play a critical role in leading day-to-day maintenance activities and ensuring that our facilities remain safe, efficient, and fully operational. You’ll manage schedules, guide a team of skilled technicians, and keep key systems—from HVAC to dock doors—running at peak performance.

       You’ll also help track performance metrics, support continuous improvement, and serve as the go-to problem-solver for facility-related issues.

       Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000

       Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-4pm

What You’ll Do:

Operations Management

       Maintain a clean, safe, customer-focused facility through proactive maintenance planning and execution.

       Assist in developing a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence within the maintenance team.

       Monitor and recommend improvements for building systems and equipment to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Project & System Oversight

       Support racking system projects, including installation coordination, vendor management, and quality checks.

       Help manage system data, schedules, and vendor relationships to ensure timelines and standards are met.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

       Supervise and support a team of maintenance technicians—ensuring clear expectations and productive workflow.

       Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and facility partners.

       Manage and perform preventative maintenance on building electrical, HVAC, dock equipment, fire safety systems, and more.

       Additional responsibilities as assigned—because flexibility is key in a fast-moving environment.

What We’re Looking For:

       Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

       3–5 years in facility maintenance, with supervisory or team leadership experience

       Solid understanding of building systems: Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.

       Strong organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

       Safety-first mindset and attention to detail

       Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

       Experience with AS400 and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus

       Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic work environment

       Comfortable giving and following oral/written instructions
