The Revenue Systems Enablement Specialist ensures that internal software systems are used effectively across the organization to drive productivity, adoption, and business alignment. This role bridges the gap between technology and operations—partnering with teams across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and CX to translate system capabilities into everyday business impact. 

The specialist monitors new features, supports training and onboarding, and gathers feedback to inform system enhancements.

What You’ll Do

As a Revenue Systems Enablement Specialist, you will:

System Adoption & User Enablement 

  • Act as the primary liaison between end users and the Systems team to ensure internal software tools are used effectively and consistently. 
  • Develop and deliver training, documentation, and learning resources for new and existing features. 
  • Monitor system usage and adoption metrics to identify gaps or opportunities for improvement. 
  • Gather user feedback to guide enhancements, simplify workflows, and improve the end-user experience. 
  • Monitor and develop processes for AI Agent platforms for continued internal and external customer efficiency gains 

Cross-Functional Partnership 

  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand their processes and align system functionality with business goals. 
  • Translate business needs into clear system requirements for the technical team, ensuring enhancements address real operational challenges. 
  • Partner with IT and automation engineers to prioritize improvements, validate releases, and coordinate system rollouts. 
  • Support governance processes by reinforcing data hygiene standards and best practices across teams. 

Feature Monitoring & Release Management 

  • Track vendor release notes (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Microsoft) and proactively evaluate new features for potential business impact. 
  • Partner with technical teams to pilot, document, and launch new capabilities. 
  • Maintain awareness of system configurations and assist in communicating upcoming changes to stakeholders. 

Change Management & Communication 

  • Develop and execute change management plans for new system features or process updates. 
  • Lead cross-functional communication to ensure teams understand why changes are happening and how to adapt. 
  • Manage internal knowledge bases, FAQs, and enablement content to ensure information is current and accessible.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • 2-3 years of experience in revenue operations, business systems, or CRM/ERP enablement. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and ERP platforms (NetSuite or similar). 
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical processes into clear, user-friendly language. 
  • Experience with AI Agent platforms 
  • Experience developing and delivering training, workshops, or documentation for system users. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical teams. 
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable using metrics to assess adoption and identify areas for improvement. 

Nice to have qualifications: 

  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business environments. 
  • Background in change management, enablement, or user adoption strategies. 
  • Ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences across functions and seniority levels. 
  • Able to manage multiple initiatives with competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Estimated Salary Grade Range: $61,700 – $87,600
    • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
