Your Impact
The Revenue Systems Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automations that streamline operations across our CRM and ERP ecosystems. This role combines technical problem-solving, integration expertise, and understanding of business processes to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable system workflows. The engineer will work closely with business systems, operations, and data teams to enhance productivity through automation, reduce manual work, and ensure data consistency across platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and connected tools.

What You’ll Do
As a Revenue Systems Automation Engineer, you will:
Automation Development & Maintenance 
  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Salesforce Flow, Apex, Power Automate, Zapier, etc. 
  • Implement reliable, auditable automations to reduce manual effort and increase data accuracy. 
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations to ensure ongoing performance and scalability. 
Systems Integration 
  • Build and maintain integrations between core revenue systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and others) through APIs and middleware tools. 
  • Ensure data flows securely and accurately across systems, supporting end-to-end business processes like lead-to-cash and renewals. 
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design and enhance ETL processes and pipelines where needed. 
Technical Execution & Documentation 
  • Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions following established best practices and change management controls. 
  • Maintain thorough documentation of workflows, integrations, and scripts to support long-term maintainability. 
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and system performance evaluations by maintaining transparency in system design. 
  • Stay current on emerging automation tools, APIs, and integration frameworks to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications: 
  • 2–3 years of experience in systems automation, integration engineering, or a similar technical role. 
  • Strong experience designing and maintaining automations in systems such as  Salesforce Flow, Power Automate, Zapier, etc. 
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar) for custom automation and API integration. 
  • Understanding of data models and architecture across CRM, ERP, and related systems. 
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and version control tools (Git preferred). 
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to accuracy and scalability. 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics. 
  • Knowledge of ETL tools and data pipeline orchestration. 
  • Exposure to workflow orchestration or RPA tools.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Estimated Salary Grade Range: $61,700 - $87,600
    • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
