Position Description
The demand generation manager will work as part of the larger marketing team to help create interest in and excitement for the company’s solution suites in order to attract customers, as well as drive revenue. This position will oversee all of the tactics used to develop and cultivate opportunities for a specific buyer persona. The demand generation manager will use data-driven knowledge to own the majority of the marketing funnel and will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing to close those leads into customers with the help of the new business development team. You will be responsible for understanding what activities increase customer generation from our database and using inbound marketing tactics to add value through content, resources, and other calls-to-action.
 
What We’re Looking For:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing or communications.
  •  5+ years of experience in the marketing field – preferably SaaS marketing.
  •  Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  •  Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
 
 
As a Demand Generation Manager, you will:        
Develop and execute both short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and build the sales pipeline. Manage the strategy and optimization of all paid campaigns across channels while monitoring performance to ensure continuous improvement. Build and oversee a rich content and editorial calendar designed to attract and engage a qualified audience through blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, and more. Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through compelling calls-to-action, targeted landing pages, and high-value lead generation offers. Oversee all marketing communications to prospects, including newsletters and webinars, and assist in content development that resonates with the target audience across the customer lifecycle. Additionally, manage the marketing budget for a specific group of products to ensure efficient allocation and maximum impact.
 
Compensation and Benefits:    
  • Estimated Salary Range: $91,500 - $135,500
    • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
