We are looking to hire on a contract basis a Continuous Improvement Leader who is accountable, innovative, and detail-oriented. This position is part of our G&A team and will report to the SVP of Operations. 
  
Contractor Responsibilities 
  • Lead Value Stream Mapping workshops to analyze current processes and design optimized future workflows that reduce waste and improve performance. 
  • Manage improvement projects by translating process designs into actionable plans, tracking KPIs, and ensuring sustainable execution. 
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to identify bottlenecks, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement across teams. 
  • Build business cases for change by quantifying financial impact (ROI, cost savings, revenue gains) and aligning initiatives with strategic goals. 
  • Influence and mentor through data-driven storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and coaching on process improvement methodologies. 
Contractor Requirements:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, or Operational Excellence roles. 
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating Value Stream Mapping activities. 
  • Strong project management skills with ability to deliver initiatives from concept to execution. 
  • Proven ability to build and present business cases with financial justification. 
  • Proficiency in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies. 
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience in technology-enabled process improvement (automation, AI, workflow tools). 
  • Familiarity with operational excellence frameworks (Kaizen, Theory of Constraints, Business Process Management).

  • Hours per week: 40 (hours may vary based on your availability and project needs) 
  • Contract Length: 6 months from date of Contract Start 
  • Location: Remote 
  • Estimated Salary Grade Range: $119,100,- $181,100 
  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
