The Sr. Director of Product Management plays a critical role in the development of our core Persona product strategies. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction, development, and market success of one or more of our core persona products. What You’ll Do

As a Sr, Director, Product Management you will:

  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s objective and serves to unify the persona offering and furthers portfolio vision  
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps in alignment with company goals and market needs and opportunities  
  • Ensure the alignment of product strategies with customer needs, internal feedback, market trends, and business goals. 
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategies and identify growth opportunities. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. 
  • Mentor, guide, and directly manage other product team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.   
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. 
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver high quality products. 
  • Ensure products meet customer needs, comply with regulatory requirements, and achieve business objectives. 
  • Act as the primary liaison between the product team and key cross functional leaders in sales, marketing and client services  
  • Present product plans, progress, and performance to executive stakeholders. 
  • Engage with key customers, partners, and industry experts to gather insights and feedback. 
  • Conduct quarterly product reviews with key stakeholders 
  • Define and monitor key product and business metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement. 
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of products. 
  • Implement best practices in product management and agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 
  • Proven experience in managing SaaS products, preferably in the gov tech sector. 
  • Strong understanding of government technology trends, regulations, and procurement processes. 
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. 
  • Superior communication and presentation skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders. 
  • Certification in Pragmatic Institute product methodology

Compensation and Benefits

  • Estimated Salary Grade Range: $155,100 - $241,900
    • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
