Your Impact
As an Account Manager I, you will help strengthen relationships with existing clients by clearly communicating the CivicPlus value proposition and helping communities get the most from our solutions. This role supports client growth, product adoption, and community engagement by guiding clients on current functionality, new module opportunities, and best practices for using CivicPlus products effectively.
What you’ll do
- Clearly and succinctly communicate the company’s value proposition over the phone and through email
- Perform technical demonstrations of modules or new functionality
- Consult with clients to promote best practices for websites and community engagement
- Manage sales and new setup requests for clients
- Complete communications with assigned clients within required timeframes
- Respond to client correspondence in a timely manner
- Analyze and compile accurate client responses during project reviews
- Perform other duties as assigned
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a BDS/SDR-type role
- Strong persuasive, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Strong and consistent phone presence
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to anticipate client needs and concerns
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Professional-level written and verbal communication skills
Compensation and benefits
- Estimated Salary Grade Range: $47,400 - $65,400
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
- Potential Variable Pay: Based on set quotas
