Description

Trainers are primarily responsible for helping clients implement their new CivicPlus Product prior to going live. Each trainer may be assigned an area of subject matter expertise to best implement our many web-based software products. As a trainer, you may master one or multiple CivicPlus products to complete client training. 

  Your Impact:  

  • Facilitate adoption of web-based solutions, which could encompass a website redesign or other software implementations
  • Work closely with CivicPlus project teams to provide guidance and thought leadership to clients during implementation, ensuring a successful experience for both sides
  • Develop mastery of civic organizations and optimize solutions based on their assigned subject matter area
  • Maintain knowledge in their assigned subject matter area and update internal teams on changes in trends and best practices
  • Train new and current clients through on-site visits, phone, and various media including webinars

There is no perfect candidate, but we are looking for:  

  • Demonstrated success in training and/or educational experience (likely 2-3 years’ experience)
  • Familiarity with local government entities and knowledge of their practices
  • Advanced trainer/educator with an ability to reach an audience of differing skill levels
  • Knowledge and ability to use Internet and Internet tools to support training and development
  • Ability to travel up to 50% across a large geographic area.

  Compensation and Benefits:  

  •  Estimated Salary Range: $47,400 to 65,400 annually, The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
  • Potential Variable Pay-   $2,500 annually based on set targets
