As a digital transformation associate you will develop and maintain relationships with internal colleagues (your clients), serving as the first point of contact between these clients and the Technology Innovation and Services division on all their technology related needs.

Requirements:

  • You have a three (3) year degree or diploma, and at least two (2) years of experience in an environment leading improvements and managing customer relationships while developing solutions to problems or opportunities.
  • You build relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • You have experience gathering requirements and identifying the key themes, risks and opportunities.
  • Knowledge and experience navigating available technology and innovation services resources.
  • Ability to facilitate all stakeholders contributions and participation effectively in project work including discussions/meetings leading to successful outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of business analysis and project management with the ability to lead clients in achieving project objectives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and duties.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills with the ability to make presentations and deliver training materials to others.
  • Ability to conduct research and write communication material, documents, standard operating procedures, etc.
  • You have a strong technical aptitude and can identify when technology alone won’t solve a problem.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines within project scope requirements while participating as an effective team member.
  • Reliable with a good attitude and employment record.

  • 2-Year Diploma (or 2-Year Specialized Postsecondary Program) with minimum 4 years related and relevant experience or 4-Year Honors Degree with minimum 1 year related and relevant experience.
