About the Team & Business Line:
The Client Lifecycle Management (“CLM”) team is part of the Citco Group of companies (“Citco”) and is responsible for the onboarding and ongoing due diligence of Citco Banking and Fund Administration clients in accordance with anti-money laundering (“AML”) and know your customer (KYC) regulations. The main objective of the CLM team is to protect Citco and the Financial Industry for being used for money laundering and terrorist financing purposes. Within the CLM team we drive the performance of employees through programs, team interventions, coaching and training, continuously assess the needs of the organization, design best practice in-house training programs and manage the development and delivery lifecycle through to supporting transfer of learning and evaluation.
Your Role:
We offer you an exciting role as CLM (KYC) Training Partner within the CLM team. The CLM (KYC) Training Partner is responsible for accessing, developing and conducting AML/ KYC training in line with Citco’s customer due diligence policies and procedures and in line with local regulatory requirement and the CLM software “Fen-X” from Fenergo Limited. Furthermore, you will build training modules using the available technologies within Citco. Additional to that, the CLM (KYC) Training Partner is expected to promote a learning culture throughout the Citco organization and apply a best practice and continuous improvement approach to learning and development as well as focus on key priorities and achievement of service level targets. Your Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate AML/KYC Clients reviews based on driven by regulations, and internal policies and procedures
- Execute learning needs analysis, design and development in line with agreed best-practice standards and processes;
- Proactively apply best practices to learning design, development & delivery to achieve excellence in output;
- Partner with team members to ensure the successful launch/ engagement of the various learning modules;
- Consult with the CLM Vice President to identify learning needs/ gaps;
- Manage training facilitation schedules to ensure business priorities are met as agreed.
This includes: Facilitate training programs to all levels in the organization; and consult with the CLM Vice President to create solutions to support business requirements; - Plan to support transfer of learning and sustained performance;
- Continually evolve blended learning content and maximize the use of online tools, innovating and experimenting to create digital learning that is engaging, fun and supports learner needs;
- Drive a culture of coaching, empowering managers to develop their team’s performance on how to build high performing teams;
- Participate in specific projects which may rise from time to time;
- Participate in Citco’s training program;
- Have a good understanding of (and adhere to) Citco’s policies, procedures and systems;
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resource, Business Administration or other relevant discipline;
- At least 2 years of experience in facilitating training courses/ presentations;
- Knowledge on KYC/AML and client due diligence reviews, preferable in the offshore sector or fund industry;
- A good understanding of coaching, professional development and stakeholder management;
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and influencing skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications (e.g., Excel, Word);
- Team player;
- Working in a global team you should be a self-starter and comfortable working independently but also able to collaborate on projects with team members in other locations;
- Knowledge of the alternative investment and financial industry is an advantage.
