About the Team & Business Line:

Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.

As a valuable member of our Human Resources team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals. As Learning Partner, you will focus on bringing development solutions to Citco and will be reporting to the Senior Learning Partner L&D Americas.

You will be partnering with internal business stakeholders and HR COE’s (centers of excellence) to drive the performance of employees through programs, team interventions, coaching and training, continuously assess the needs of the organization, design best practice in-house learning programs and manage the development and delivery lifecycle through to supporting transfer of learning and evaluation. 

You will facilitate learning programs including (but not limited to): new hire orientation, induction and personal and professional development. Additional to that, you are expected to promote a learning culture throughout the Citco organization and apply a best practice and continuous improvement approach to learning and development as well as focus on key priorities and achievement of service level targets. You will consult with vendors where external learning support solutions have been identified for the organization.

This is a permanent position in our L&D dept. 

Your Role:

  • You will manage training facilitation schedules to ensure business priorities are met as agreed. This includes:
  • Facilitating onboarding and induction programs to support new Citco team members
  • Supporting local Subject Matter Expert networks to facilitate bespoke learning to their line of business
  • Maintain up-to-date learning records using our Learning Management System
  • Consult with strategic leaders and HR COE’s to identify learning needs/gaps and propose coaching, team interventions, training/non-training solutions
  • Perform detailed learning design and manage the learning development lifecycle
  • Support local Subject Matter Experts networks who facilitate bespoke learning to their line of business
  • Consult with vendors to create solutions to support business requirements
  • Plan to support transfer of learning and sustained performance
  • Evaluate and report on training in line with Kirkpatrick’s four levels of evaluation: Reaction, Learning, Behaviour and Results
  • Support a culture of coaching, empowering leaders to develop their team’s performance on how to build high performing teams
  • Promote regional learning opportunities, with activities such as issuing a learning calendar, building awareness of learning opportunities across all disciplines and job grades

About You:

  • You have a degree in Learning & Development, HR, Finance or other relevant discipline
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Finance, Learning & Development, Human Resources 
  • Experience in facilitating training courses and/or facilitating presentations desirable
  • A good understanding of coaching, professional development and stakeholder management
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and influencing skills
  • Working in a global team, you should be a self-starter and comfortable working independently but also able to collaborate on projects with team members in other locations
