About the Team & Business Line:

Citco Bank provides fully integrated transaction, deposit, foreign exchange and credit facilities to our Fund Services and Governance Services clients. Operating in strategic global centres Citco Bank provides access to best of breed process and technology.

As a core member of our team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimise operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery across banking services.

 

Your Role:

  • You will conduct reconciliation for all bank statement and securities statement activities to internal records for each of the 7 Banks within the division;
  • You will perform initial investigation on un-reconciled items and report all unsolved un-reconciled items to the relevant Operational teams;
  • You will perform FATF investigations for AML compliance;
  • You will assist management with SOC1 testing and monthly KPI reporting;
  • You will conduct quarterly control activities with various correspondents;
  • You will monitor and control the central group email boxes;
  • You will deal with all queries as they arise from internal departments and 3rd parties;
  • You will assist to generate and control multiple daily and weekly reports;
  • You will work closely with the Management on concerns and issues as they arise in daily operations;
  • You will work on other tasks as they arise.

About You:

  •              You have a University degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting or any finance related field (the last year students are welcome as well);
  •              You have work experience within finance or accounting fields would be considered as a strong advantage;
  •              You have working knowledge of SWIFT and banking/reconciliation systems (would be an advantage);
  •              You are advanced user of Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Access;
  •              You are fluent in English both written and spoken;
  •              You have attentiveness to details;
  •              You have an ability to multitask and work under the tight deadlines.
