About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industries most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Real Assets Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

  • Coordinating the administration of financial and regulatory reporting.
  • Ensuring the financial and regulatory reporting are in accordance with the defined accounting standards, formats and procedures.
  • Ensuring client deliverables are met, with no delays to agreed deadlines.
  • Attendance at Board meetings.
  • Employee’s supervision, review and sign-off of work prepared by the team.
  • Planning team resources in line with business demands, participating in the recruitment and selection process, leading, coaching, developing and appraising employees within the team in order to motivate personnel.
  • Adoption of Lean culture, active participation in internal initiatives focusing on efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Preparation of ad hoc tasks as requested by your line Manager.


About You:

  • Must have an excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • Have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting, audit or similar experience and matching managerial skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience in Big4 would be advantage.
  • Knowledge of IFRS, Luxembourg GAAP, UK GAAP and Netherlands GAAP would be advantage.
