Job Title: Business Process Analyst

Reports to:  Project Manager

Location: Pune

Department: Process design team within Business process optimization group


About the Role and Team

As a member of the Business Process Optimization (BPO) Team and reporting to a Project Manager, the Business Process Analyst is part of a global team supporting CFS Operations. With focus on building a process excellence culture in the digital age, and providing front line skills in global organizational transformation, this opportunity involves Business Process Management & Lean Six Sigma to drive innovation and operational excellence. This candidate will have opportunity to be part of a team laying the groundwork for process efficiencies driven by streamlined processes and intelligent automation.

This role will involve working with management and varying teams across Citco businesses and across time zones. You will have responsibility for the day-to-day analysis behind and oversight and/or execution of assigned projects.


Job Duties

Main Job Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Analysis, Process Analysis, Portfolio Management, tools and platform support:
    • Financial Analysis and Modeling (NPV, ROI calculations and projections).
    • Qualification and Quantification of process changes.
    • Assistance with Program Budget, Forecasting and Performance Reporting.


  • Lean Six Sigma, Process Design Operations:
    • Event, Training and Workshop Facilitation Support.
    • Manage Tools and Technology – including access management of floating licenses of Citco’s Lean/Six Sigma, Process Discovery Tools. Includes collaboration with internal and external vendors.
    • Assist coordination between project leads and Intelligent Automation and Process Design team
    • Support the coordination of periodic project reviews (lean tollgates), working with trainees to support readiness for their reviews. You will be a liaison to business unit function via the Process Adoption team to ensure the right stakeholders are invited and present at each tollgate. 
    • Support and maintain internal productivity tools such as Project Server 2016
    • Assist with creation of presentations to senior management and or project and stakeholders


  • Project Management
    • Expect to lead some continuous improvement initiatives (with support)


Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor level degree. An equivalent education and experience will be considered.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge in SharePoint, Excel, Power Point, etc.
  • Experienced and skilled creating presentation, reports, graphics, etc.
  • Demonstrated project coordination experience and understanding of industry best practice standards.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification/BPM Certification/BA Certification
  • AIIM BPM Certificate, Certification from, ABPMP’s Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP®), IIBA, PMI-PBA, etc.


Assets/Nice to haves

  • Experience with Jira and/or Confluence
  • Experience in programming – Python, Ruby, C.C++ or any other languages
  • Experience in Robotic Process Automation opportunity identification / implementation
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is considered an asset
  • Understanding of how ERP, BPM, CRM and BI tools operate
  • CAPM qualification.
  • Coordination experience within the Financial industry
