About the Team & Role:
Citco operates a ‘three lines’ model within its Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) framework. The Operational Control Management department for Private Equity “OCM - PE” assists PE Senior Management in embedding ERM within the first line of the Private Equity Fund Services division. The OCM department maintains a free and open communication with key stakeholders, including but not limited to; Senior Management, Citco Group Risk & Compliance and Citco Group Internal Audit.
This role will assist the OCM department by providing administrative and analytical support directly to Senior Management to assist in the identification, evaluation, management and monitoring of applicable risk.
Job Duties in Brief:
- Responsible for preparing correspondence, presentations and reports using various software packages
- Critical review of presentations as well as design and coordination of various materials for presentations (slides, agendas, minutes, follow up, etc.)
- Coordinating and tracking receipt of information
- Updating and maintaining large data files and corresponding analytics
- Maintain and periodic review of email distribution lists
- Manage various departmental SharePoint sites including access rights
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed
About You:
- University degree
- Experience in a Junior Analyst role within a Finance environment preferred (Private Equity knowledge desired)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs – Excel (including pivot tables, charts and formulas), Word, PowerPoint and Outlook at an Intermediate level
- Working knowledge of SharePoint preferred
- Proven ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast paced environment
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Strong oral and written business communication skills
- Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail
- High level of professionalism and the ability to deal effectively with all levels in the organization
