About the Team & Business Line:

For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.

Working with our C2S team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.


Your Role:

  • Will work with senior manager and BD management team to map out and implement support processes for sales and client relationship management efforts, supporting the management of the Business Development Support Team
  • Train support resources when transitioning processes that will be continued on an ongoing basis
  • Will be responsible for different business development processes. These processes are anchored on an established proposal process, and include pre-bid workflows that include lead generation and marketing, and post-bid workflows that include managing sales pipeline data and reporting
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks for strategic initiatives of the business, providing sound advise on matters that relate to sales and marketing
  • Support the senior manager with corporate projects related to brand building, thought leadership and marketing strategy


About You:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Finance / Business Management/ Data Management, or sufficient experience win a similar function
  • Five years+ of working experience in a similar sales support environment, with a strong foundation in proposal management
  • High level of business writing skills (proposals and marketing materials)
  • Experience or high level of interest/knowledge with private equity, real estate, infrastructure, financial sectors is a plus
  • Knowledge of corporate services markets is preferred
  • At least three years of experience training staff to transition workflows, either in a supervisory or project management capacity
  • Can work efficiently both as an individual contributor (when establishing workflows) and as a supervisor (when overseeing transitioned workflows)
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly for projects
  • Impactful communicator when interacting with the team, management and other internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, following various plans
