About the Team & Business Line:

For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate governance and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.

Working with our Citco Governance Services (CGS) team, you will work with multinational clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

Your Role:

The CGS Regulatory & Compliance Solutions Team is seeking a Senior who will be responsible for the servicing of Citco clients globally. Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for the completion of annual regulatory deliverables, engagements for existing and new clients, ongoing client servicing and supervising the juniors when needed.

Job Duties in Brief

  • Review the Regulatory reporting to be made to the relevant authority and other output for delivery to clients.
  •              FATCA CRS due diligence and reporting
  •              Keep up to date with all FATCA and CRS schema changes
  •              Ensure that deadlines to file regulatory reports are met
  •              Support assessment of regulatory changes and impacts to due diligence and reporting
  •              Check for correctness, including completeness of documents received against existing records
  •              Provide regular progress reports to the Manager
  •              Create and maintain comprehensive project and process documentation
  • Manage communications and ongoing relationships with Citco global offices and other external and internal stakeholders
  •              Manage expectations and ensure that all assigned queries and tasks are dealt with in a timely manner
  •              Maintaining central database of engaged clients
  •              Provide excellent service to clients via direct or indirect contact
  •              Review and provide feedback on self-certifications and IRS withholding forms
  •              IRS and Local AEOI portal registration/de-registration, communication and trouble shooting
  •              Additional tasks as assigned

 

 

 

 

 

 

About You:

  •              Bachelor’s degree level qualification
  •              Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  •              Working knowledge of FATCA and CRS and the related regulations
  •              Fluent spoken and written English
  •              Ability to read and interpret a Financial Statement
  •              Exceptional attention to detail
  •              Results driven and self-motivated
  •              Ability to be a strong team player and adapt to different communication styles
  •              Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
