About the Team & Business Line:

Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.

Working with our Citco Governance Services (CGS) team, you will work with multinational clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

Automatic Exchange of Information (‘AEOI’) Team is a part of CGS.

Your Role:

The AEOI Team is seeking a Junior Administrator who will be responsible for assisting with the servicing of AEOI clients globally. Reporting to the Manager or the Senior Administrator, the Junior Administrator will be responsible for supporting the AEOI Team in completion of annual regulatory deliverables, engagements for existing and new clients, and ongoing client servicing.

Job Duties in Brief

  •              Preparing AEOI filing analysis and other output for delivery to clients. Proactively managing daily workflow    and ensuring set deadlines are met
  •              Manage communications and ongoing relationships with Citco global offices and other external and internal stakeholders
  •              Manage expectations and ensure that all assigned queries and tasks are dealt with in a timely manner
  •              Maintaining central database of engaged AEOI clients
  •              Provide excellent service to clients via direct or indirect contact. Escalate to seniors as needed
  •              Review and provide feedback on self-certifications and IRS withholding forms
  •              Read and interpret Financial Statements in order to determine account values
  •              IRS and Local AEOI portal registration/de-registration, communication and trouble shooting
  •              Additional tasks as assigned

 

 

About You:

  •              You have/are enrolled in a degree qualified relevant to Financial Services
  •              Exposure to FATCA & CRS regulations an advantage
  •              Proven strong client relationship skills
  •              Exceptional attention to detail
  •              Results driven and self-motivated
  •              Ability to work in global teams and adapt to different communication styles
  •              Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
