About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industries most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Real Assets Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

  • Financial statements preparation according International Financial Reporting standards (IFRS) and local GAAP’s (Luxembourg, Netherlands UK and other);
  • Board meetings materials preparation and attendance at Board meetings;
  • Year-end reporting packs preparation;
  • Review of financial and regulatory reporting prepared by junior team members;
  • Assistance with annual budgets preparation;
  • Financial reports preparation in accordance with industry specific and regulatory requirements;
  • Statutory and regulatory reporting preparation and timely delivery;
  • Support annual audits (both internal and external) and liaise with auditors/ third parties;
  • Preparation of ad hoc tasks as requested by your line Manager;
  • Assist in planning and organizing the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and other reporting in accordance with agreed deadlines;
  • Assist in managing, coaching and developing team members for their individual advancement and for the benefit of the team, in so doing, foster and maintain strong team spirit and a healthy working atmosphere;
  • Actively participate in internal initiatives focusing on efficiency, harmonization, process and communication improvements.

 

About You:

  • Have ambitions to learn more about Real Assets investment industry and its’ reporting requirements.
  • Have good analytical skills.
  • Have good attention to details.
  • Have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
  • Have at least 3 years of professional experience in accounting or audit working with financial statements.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Have very good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Experience of preparing financial statements would be considered as advantage.
  • Experience in Big4 would be considered as advantage.
  • Knowledge of IRFS, Luxembourg GAAP, UK GAAP and Netherlands GAAP would be considered as advantage.
