About the Team & Business Line:

Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.

As a valuable member of our Office Overhead team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.

The Driver & Messenger performs a wide variety of duties for the Citco Group of Companies including, but not limited to, undertaking essential deliveries/collections, driving and assisting our senior members of staff visiting the office and working alongside our receptionist to facilitate the smooth running of the office.

Your Role:

  • You will deliver and collect from various locations, Government, Immigration, supply shops, and archive.
  • Driver for senior employees of Citco Group including airport and hotel transfers during and outside   of office hours
  • Deliver outgoing mail to external clients
  • First line maintenance of fixtures and fittings such as replacing light bulbs, repairing office equipment, etc.
  • Assist Front of House covering lunches, sickness and annual leave
  • Assist with the daily work activities for all corporate offices
  • Any other duties which the organization may require as part of the business of the Citco Group of Companies

  • A valid license and a clean driving record
