About the Team & Business Line:

Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.

As a valuable member of our Human Resources team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.

Your Role:

  • You will liaise with local Finance to support the processing of monthly payroll.
  • You will liaise with payroll vendor regarding payroll related inquiries.
  • You will liaise with insurance vendor re benefit enrolment and cancellation.
  • You will prepare payroll related documentation and orders.
  • You will ensure the documentation is prepared and signed on time.
  • You will collect and ensure accuracy of salary forms and applications.
  • You will administer salary deductions and allowance payments.
  • You will maintain record keeping of all payroll related documentation.
  • You will reconcile the monthly changes to ensure the accuracy of payroll information.
  • You will support employees queries related to salary processing.
  • You will maintain employee information on in global and local HR systems.
  • You will maintain and handle queries requiring amendment on systems.
  • You will ensure the HR systems are kept up to date at all times.
  • You will issue/ maintain various employee documentation.
  • You will administer employee benefit package.
  • You will monitor probation timelines of all new hire/promoted employees, ensure managers are informed of probation end.
  • You will work closely with the HR Business Partner to compliance with employment law.
  • You will adhere and comply with risk, confidentiality and audit requirements.
  • You will work closely with the Shared Services team to support on various HRSS initiatives and/or tasks as advised by the manager.

 

 

About You:

  • You have a degree in Human Resources Management or Business related field.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years HR administration experience, ideally from a financial services environment.
  • Futher job related development through accredited training/education would be essential.
  • You have a solid understanding of Human Resources functional areas and practices.
  • You can demonstrate consultative skills gained in a similar role.
  • You have a proven working knowledge of employment law and policies.
  • You are attentive to detail and acurate.
  • You have strong organizational, administrative and analytical skills.
  • You are able to be flexible, resilient, you can multitask and prioritise effecively with shifting priorities and timeframe.
  • You are able to work independently.
