About the Team & Business Line:

As a core member of our Reconciliations team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

  •              You will provide both scrutiny & oversight of Client Deliverables in line with tight Divisional SLAs;
  •              You will oversee and support all new Client & Fund launches;
  •              You will proactively act as main liaison with Clients and Internal and External stakeholders to drive results and deliverables;
  •              You will be in charge of Operational Risk Log and understanding of RMP2 & 5;
  •              You will be in charge of escalation and articulation of key risks and issues to Senior Management;
  •              You will take a full accountability on issues raised and escalated by clients and Internal Departments;
  •              You will continual review of current processes with the goal of improving efficiency and mitigating risk;
  •              You will ensure staff adhere to and have a full understanding of all Risk Policies & Best Practice Procedures and demonstrate continual risk awareness in all areas within our operational scope;
  •              You will proactively fosters an interactive and collaborative team environment with own and other teams;
  •              You will develop and monitor career development of team members;
  •              You will develop & maintain key relationships and support networks with other departments, in particular Fund Accounting & COEs;
  •              You will review and analysis of key risk indicators;
  •              You will manage periodic staff evaluations;


About You:

  •              You are degree qualified and  have 5+ Years of work experience in Financial Services (Middle office experience desirable);
  •              You have a proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry;
  •              You have audit experience – Internal & External **CBI a major plus, as well as excellent Risk & Control awareness and good insight into ORL across Reconciliations;
  •              You have an expert knowledge of Middle Office functions and processes, i.e. ART, Lens, Xceptor, SP;
  •              You are execution driven and have excellent analytical/problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines;
  •              You have a proven track record in maintaining Billion Dollar Client Relationships and executing projects relating to process improvements & risk mitigation;
  •              You have excellent people management & Team Management skills;
  •              You are able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  •              You have an ability to organize and prioritize tasks that focuses on the goals of the department and organization;
