About the Team & Business Line:

Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.

As a valuable member of our Finance team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.

Your Role:

  • You will oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the Finance team.
  • You will be accountable for the month end process and ensuring all deliverables and reporting requirements are met, including month end review of balance sheet accounts and reconciliations.
  • You will review of and contribute to month end commentaries.
  • You will supervise and contribute to the preparation of the financial statements and reports.
  • You will manage the annual tax processes and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements, as well as coordinate both internal and external audits.
  • You will maintain a healthy cash flow for all legal entities under your remit.
  • You will engage with other Finance functions to ensure seamless flow of information between teams and liaise with Tax and Legal to maintain legal documentation, e.g. SLAs and tax requirements.
  • You will assist with development and implementation of new processes and procedures and ensure adherence to group policies.
  • You will develop strong relationships with the key stakeholders.
  • You will be involved in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget process.
  • You will mentor and develop the finance team members.
  • Ad hoc duties/projects as requested.

About You:

  • You have a relevant third level qualification in accounting, finance or business.
  • You are a qualified or part-qualified accountant with good technical accounting skills and at least 5 years of finance and accounting experience within an operational environment.
  • You have experience with working on and providing services for multiple entities, and show good knowledge of internal controls requirements, processes and procedures.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Oracle would be an advantage.
  • You are an organized individual who is able to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • You display effective communication skills and ability to work in multicultural environment.
