About the Team & Business Line:

For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.

Working with our Governance Services team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

Your Role:

  • Manage and have supervision of a portfolio of companies of approximately 750 companies, solicit new business for the company and supervise a team of three to six persons.
  • Have overall supervision of entire portfolio of companies (approximately 1,500)
  • Receive, handle and distribute clients’ requests to staff within the account, and monitor progress thereof.
  • Ensure that the full account meets time writing targets. Provide guidance and training on proper procedures related to time writing to staff.
  • Advise staff on correct procedures for carrying out requests in 3 above.
  • Have knowledge of procedures relevant to incorporations, amendment to the Memorandum and
  • Articles of Association, transfer of companies to and from other Registered Agents, liquidations, mergers, continuations and all other aspects of BVI Business Companies, and train staff on these procedures.
  • Attend weekly Account Managers meeting and lead Team meetings with staff under supervision.
  • Monitor and pursue collection of KYC information and Accounts Receivables.
  • Monitor staff attendance and time recording on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Ensure Account meets Citco’s risk policy requirements in regards to all business.
  • Schedule staff vacation to ensure that account is sufficiently staffed at all times.
  • Perform annual appraisals of account staff.
  • Identify training needs of staff and submit to Managing Director.
  • Manage different projects that may be assigned by Managing Director, meeting expected deadlines.

About You:

  • Chartered Secretary or degree in Law or similar qualification
  • At least three years experience in the financial service industry.
  • Computer literate – knowledge of Microsoft Word mandatory.
  • Have knowledge of services provided the other Citco offices
  • Have working knowledge of IBI/BVIBC Acts,
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of interpreting basic financial data.
  • Professional attitude and commercial affinity.
  • Prepared to relocate to other jurisdictions in which Citco operates.
  • Fluent English language skills (Spanish optional)
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle heavy workload
