About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Risk and Transparency team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

The Risk and Transparency Reporting Group is responsible for portfolio risk analytics and (market/credit/liquidity) reporting across all asset classes and alternative asset managers. The Risk services offered include Exposure and RoR and IRR performance reports, Scenario, Stress testing, VAR for portfolio managers, institutional investors, family offices and regulators. The regulatory and other standard filings covered include AIFMD, Form PF, Solvency II and Open Protocol.

  • You will prepare market data and perform data validations as needed.
  • Research markets using Bloomberg and Reuters
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily and monthly risk reports
  • Follow established procedures and control checklists and sign-off
  • Quality assurance and regression testing of new reports and upgrades
  • Documentation of policies and procedures
  • Follow up and resolve questions on reports as they arise
  • Other duties as assigned

 

About You:

  • You have an undergraduate degree with up to 3 years of experience.
  • Strong interest in a career in financial services
  • Experience or background in derivatives, risk management, financial engineering, performance reporting is a plus
  • Quick learner, strong attention to details, ability to take initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Quantitative skills include basic calculus, statistics and financial math
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical skills include advanced Excel; should be comfortable around IT and will need to quickly learn Excel VBA, SQL, Unix
